| a large enough radiator forward of it's existing location. If you downsize the radiator to something that fits in front of the turbo and still try to retain a somewhat stock appearance, I'm afraid you're going to have overheating problems. For what it's worth - I think you're better off staying with proven upgrades vs. trying something that has been done once or twice. If your concern is money, I would bet that you will handily spend more than $4,000 on a single turbo conversion (don't forget a new fuel management system in your budget). If you want to do it because it's different and you like to take something that shouldn't work and make it work, then go forth and try to have fun while doing it. Start looking for books at the bookstore that pertain to custom t-charger set-ups before you start doing anything else. This will help you figure out what's needed to do the job. If you have no welding experience, this will be a significant challenge to overcome before embarking on this project. Your Z looks great, I would hate to see you change it but it's your car, money, and time...... Good luck. Dave
